Sync TickX audiences with your marketing platforms for automated, secure, and highly targeted campaigns.
Getting Started
Audience synchronisation enables TickX to send customers to your 3rd party platform automatically and segments them based on which TickX audiences they’re part of. This means your 3rd party platform is always up-to-date and allows you to target your email campaigns based on the attributes of the customer.
It's also secure as we pass these audiences directly to the platform meaning no human handles any personal data. For lookalike audiences this data is hashed and encrypted.
For example, you could have a High Value Families audience which would then be available as a segment in your CRM so you could send them appropriate upgrade options prior to attendance.

You may want to update your privacy policy when you use the audience synchronisation for lookalike or prospecting audiences.
A list of all 3rd parties which you can sync Audiences to can be found in Integration Hub > Audiences.

Once your Audience Sync has been set-up you can go to TickX Audiences > Create an Audience > Toggle on the sync with your 3rd party platform
